Robert Kirland, who founded Autohaus Motorsports in 1999, is a successful entrepreneur who owned and operated one of the top Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the United States for 18 years before selling to a large publicly held dealer group in 2006.

Theresa Conder, the team’s General Manager has been with the business since its inception in 1999. Her degree in Business and Management combined with over 16 years in the automotive industry lends a business perspective with strength and focus on marketing and client relations.   The CFO, Laura Gonzalez has been involved in the business since 1999, and has been managing the finances of the business since 2005.
